Yes, if and when we register the technate, what should the official name be?

Brett from Atlas seems to promote the idea of calling it the Technate Consortium, whereas Andrew wants to call it the Terran Technate. Both those names are quite good, Brett's name focuses more on the communitarian and cooperative aspect while Andrew's is pointing out the parallel government structure. I think it is perfectly possible to combine.
