First meeting.

You guys are intending on holding conference on the 21st via Skype?

We normally use Vokle. I am not sure how it will hold up intercontinentally but we have had viewers from other countries who had no problem. No. This is not for the conference the 21st, but for the internal EOS meetings.

Meeting postponed to the 15th of January, the same time of the day.

As a Seq-Rel director, I have decided that the conference on the 21st should focus on the establishment of a common board of the Technate. If you want to discuss this subject, you could do so in a separate thread.

The main issue that we discussed today was the idea of setting up the sequences through the technate, starting with the idea of a common pool of IT specialists for all technate member organisations. We also discussed potential new groups and individuals to invite to the technate, and also reported on our progress.

The next skype meeting, what you'd say about Sunday this week (2/5, 2012) at 16.00 GM (17.00 CET)?

Given our regular bi-weekly schedule, the correct date would be sunday the 12th at 17:00 CET. Also, Igor cannot attend this weekend (sunday, 5th) due to being out of the country. I cannot attend either due to being otherwise occupied.

Given the same regular schedule, me and Igor were waiting this sunday and nobody showed up. You skipped weeks due to being confused with the Technate meeting, which did not overlap with our normal EOS meeting schedule.

The bi-weekly interval involving the 5th, 19th and so forth sundays is also taken up in our schedules with a different meeting, which we'd hate to reschedule every time you skip a week.
